1 yıl kadar önce yeminli tercümanlar tarafından kurulan Yeminli Sözlük sitesinin amacı İngilizce öğrenenlere ve çeviri yapanlara bilmedikleri kelimeler ve cümle içinde nasıl kullanıldıkları ile ilgili yardımcı olabilmek. Sitenin arama çubuğunda arama yapıldığında -kelimenin anlamı ile birlikte- aranan kelime ile ilgili çevirisi yapılmış cümleler de listeleniyor.

The effect of the combination therapy can be pursued by different special laboratory values and the virus load regulation in the meantime well and helps the treating physician, together with the patient beginning to determine change or continuation of the combination therapy. An early knowledge around the HIV infection (by a test) can particularly lie by these new possibilities in the interest of the patient, in order not to miss the correct time for a therapy. These control investigations are thus important and should be accomplished regularly! To the control investigations the determination of different special laboratory values belongs, like for example the CD4 cells. For some years it is besides possible to measure both in the blood the circulating and the viruses contained in the cells quantitatively. This procedure is called virus load regulation (virus load) and can after different molecular-biological measuring procedures be accomplished. The experienced physician can control so the process of the HIV infection and determine together with the patient treatments preventing against opportunistische infections or the beginning of a antiretroviralen combination therapy. If the signs of the weakening of the immune system increase, it is so possible, the patients before typical infections, for example before an Pneumocystis infection of the lung to protect. Further newer investigation procedures, like e.g. the determination of the resistances against different medicines, make it today possible to observe the effect of the medicines on the individual patient and to provide so an individually cut treatment plan.

Die Wirkung der Kombinationstherapie lässt sich durch verschiedene spezielle Laborwerte und die Viruslastbestimmung inzwischen gut verfolgen und hilft dem behandelnden Arzt, gemeinsam mit dem Patienten Beginn, Änderung oder Fortsetzung der Kombinationstherapie zu bestimmen. Ein frühzeitiges Wissen um die HIV-Infektion (durch einen Test) kann besonders durch diese neuen Möglichkeiten im Interesse des Patienten liegen, um den richtigen Zeitpunkt für eine Therapie nicht zu verpassen.
Diese Kontrolluntersuchungen sind also wichtig und sollten regelmäßig durchgeführt werden! Zu den Kontrolluntersuchungen gehört die Bestimmung verschiedener spezieller Laborwerte, wie zum Beispiel der CD4 Zellen.
Seit einigen Jahren ist es zudem möglich, sowohl die im Blut zirkulierenden als auch die in den Zellen enthaltenen Viren mengenmäßig zu messen. Dieses Verfahren wird Viruslastbestimmung genannt (virusload) und kann nach unterschiedlichen molekularbiologischen Messverfahren durchgeführt werden. Der erfahrene Arzt kann so den Verlauf der HIV-Infektion kontrollieren und mit dem Patienten gemeinsam vorbeugende Behandlungen gegen opportunistische Infektionen oder den Beginn einer antiretroviralen Kombinationstherapie bestimmen. Wenn die Anzeichen der Schwächung des Immunsystems zunehmen, ist es so möglich, den Patienten vor typischen Infektionen, zum Beispiel vor einer Pneumocystis-Infektion der Lunge, zu schützen.
Weitere neuere Untersuchungsverfahren, wie z. B. die Bestimmung der Resistenzen gegen verschiedene Medikamente, machen es heute möglich, die Wirkung der Medikamente auf den einzelnen Patienten zu beobachten und so einen individuell zugeschnittenen Behandlungsplan zu erstellen.
